Recently, I have turned to getting health news from England and the BBC News website. I find the BBC site contains articles a little more “newsworthy” then the politically correct news creating American Press.
The BBC ran a recent news article about my favorite subject — Fungus or Candida. I gave it my undivided attention.Candida is what made me so sick in the first place and was responsible for my latest battle in the form of the flu. I have recovered quite nicely from both using homeopathic and/or natural food.
You don’t see much if any press on Fungus especially from the modern medical world. I have provided the link to the article with a small overview.
Fungal infection ‘threat’ to human health
In England that is for this is from the BBC
The article is from a speech given by Professor Neil Gow who is a faculty member of Aberdeen University is Scotland and is heading a group responsible for Medical Mycology and fungal immunology across the UK and in developing countries. He is also a founding member of the Aberdeen Fugal Group.
Professor Gow isn’t talking about simple athlete’s foot, jock itch, toenail fungus or a vaginal infections he is talking about serious fungal infection. I quote the professor “…a million people die a year from fungal infections and we need to understand these different types of infection and how to deal with them.”
He goes on to point out in modern medicine there isn’t any “pressing need” for new treatments. Let me translate there isn’t any money that can be made from a patented monopoly vaccine so nothing is being done.
I’m glad to see some news stories on this very important health issue. It might be of interest to you also — Here is the Link
